buy single ticketsYou are invited to join the Alberta Baroque Ensemble for our 44th concert season and experience why the Alberta Baroque Ensemble is a premier chamber orchestra that specializes in music composed in the 17th and 18th centuries.
You will hear performances by some of the finest musicians in Edmonton, featuring distinguished guest soloists Elizabeth Koch (flute), Eric Buchmann (violin) and Jolaine Kerley (soprano). Returning by popular demand are John Tessier (tenor) and Michael Kurschat (baritone). Making their ABE debut are Sarah Pollard (flute), Anita Walsh (violin) and the Chronos Vocal Ensemble led by Jordon Van Biert.
Works featured this season include the better-known composers of the era; J.S. Bach, Vivaldi, and Telemann, and rarer recognized greats Dittersdorf and Stamitz.
